Eventity is a separate, specialized business area within Lingmerths Group AB, which has been creating meaningful meetings, conferences, events and business trips for over 70 years.

In order for us to work together and achieve your goals, we need to get to know each other! Who are you and what do you want to achieve?

2. Proposal and quote

We present a concept describing our idea and approach, our services and associated costs.

3. Planning and meeting design

We love diving into the planning phase and designing the event with you! Partners are coordinated and a detailed timeline is created to achieve the vision.

4. Ongoing contact

The planning process entails regular dialogue interspersed with review meetings.
Working symbiotically with you is a success factor that benefits the final result.

5. Logistics and coordination

It doesn’t matter how creative or well-planned a meeting is if there is no flow! We keep a precise and careful track of all the steps, all the people involved and all the logistics.

6. Implementation

We make sure you have the best conditions to focus on your vision and purpose. Our ‘behind the scenes’ team ensures that everything is exactly as you imagined.

7. Evaluation and debrief

When we have reached the end, it is time to meet to evaluate the delivery and collaboration. The mission is summarized and documented – everything to create the optimal starting point for the next event.

Whistleblowing

As part of the Lingmerths Group, we work actively at Eventity to have a properly managed work environment.

Maintaining the confidence of our employees, our partners and the public in us and our business is important to us.

This is why we have a whistleblowing function where suspicions of serious misconduct can be reported anonymously.

What is the whistleblowing function?
A service where you report violations of laws and human rights, and misconduct. For example, violations such as corruption, fraud or discrimination.
How it works
The whistleblowing service allows you to be completely anonymous when reporting misconduct. The report will be encrypted, and the IP address cannot be traced. Lingmerths Group's whistleblowing system is in accordance with data privacy and GDPR settings. Cases submitted are received by the case manager internally and if an investigation is required, the case is forwarded to external lawyers.
